Gentle south facing slopes in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. 10 acres on vineyard on a 100 acre bushblock. Red clay loam soils. Handpicked and fermented as whole bunches. Foot stomped every other day over a two maceration. Pressed to old oak for a 10 month elevage. Medium weighted. Blue fruited. Cherry and raspberry with a lick of white pepper." Fin
